Your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses, item photos and notes. For couriers we also collect vehicle type, location during active jobs, and a record of when you accepted our terms, including your IP address.

How we use it

To run deliveries, verify couriers, process payments, keep the service safe and meet our legal obligations.

Who can see it

Only the people involved in a delivery and authorised TENOCA staff. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting TENOCA support.
