Courier Terms

These terms apply to everyone who signs up to deliver with TENOCA as a rider or driver.

Verification

You must provide accurate details and be verified by TENOCA before you can go online or receive jobs. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Jobs and dispatch

Jobs are assigned to you by TENOCA dispatch. Once assigned, you agree to collect and deliver the item promptly, safely and within the promised delivery window.

Location sharing

While you have an active job, your location is shared with TENOCA and the customer so the delivery can be tracked.

Earnings

You earn the published share of each completed delivery's price. Earnings are shown in your courier dashboard.

Conduct

Follow the law and the Highway Code, handle items with care, and treat customers with respect.
